At Cozy Collective, every piece is made just for you when you order it. Because we don't keep a warehouse of inventory, our return process is a little different from traditional retail. Please review our guidelines below before making a purchase.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- How to report: Email us at hellocozycollectivestore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Resolution: We will review your case and work with you on the best solution.
2. Wrong Size, Style, or Buyer's Remorse
Because every product is printed and made on demand, we cannot offer free returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size, color, or style — whether it's apparel, mugs, or any other item in our store.
- Product Details: Please review all product descriptions, size charts, and specifications carefully on each product page before ordering.
- Exception: If we shipped the wrong size, color, or item, please contact us with a photo and we will work to make it right.
